We use a combination of mobility work, functional strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics & body-weight training, animal movement patterns and H.I.I.T to get you fit, strong and healthy - all in one intense 60 min session.
This is our small group training programme so all levels are catered for and all exercises are scalable to differing abilities.
We provide programming, individualisation based on ability & experience, hands-on coaching, nutrition guidance and accountability to help our members become their strongest physical and mental selves!

- Initial assessment covering movement capabilities, mobility screening, injury history, training history, goal setting, body metrics and more.
- A dedicated fitness coach to help guide you through your initial months, advise you on exercise selection and regression/progression, keep you accountable and help you set and achieve goals that are relevant to you.
- Access to our programming and coaching app - access your programme and record all of the work you do to make sure you're training progressively and continuously challenging yourself and improving, check your progress on any exercise of your choosing, view our technique videos for all exercises, see our gym leader boards and more.
- Access to unlimited StrongFit training sessions per week - we have classes early & mid morning and throughout the evening each day of the week with additional weekend AM classes too!
