Our Sports Performance programme came about after we had numerous requests from participants of our pre-season programme and from members of the many teams who've completed pre-seasons with us.
Many players give huge amounts of effort, sweat and blood during their pre-season only to find they lose all of their hard-earned gains once the games start and they can't juggle hard gym sessions with demanding playing and training schedules.
At AP we think the playing season is the time to MAXIMSE these gains. You've done all of the hard work, laid all of the foundations and set yourself up for a great start to your season.

- The option to take part in any of two main strength & power days, two lighter accessory days and an extra cardio or recovery day - you choose what works for you based on your needs and the schedule of your own sport training.
- A completely flexible training schedule. We know you're schedule changes week to week based on club matches and training. So we have coached sessions available every AM & PM of the week.
